🌿 My Win This Week
I got a promotion! 🙌 I am now officially an ERDA (ER Doctor’s Assistant). While it wasn’t the ERDA/ICUDA position I originally put in for, I’m still beyond proud of myself. This is a huge accomplishment and proof that my hard work is paying off. 🌸
👉 Why it matters: This promotion is another step forward in my career journey, and it feels amazing to see my effort being recognized.
🌸 My Lesson This Week
My lesson was not letting anxiety get the best of me — and not letting my mind take control. Waiting to hear about the promotion was really hard, but I reminded myself to be patient and trust the process.
👉 What I’m taking forward: Anxiety doesn’t define the outcome. Staying calm, grounded, and patient makes the waiting so much easier — and the win that much sweeter.
